There's an episode where he's jealous that he wasn't invited to a party and one of the ways he tried to break it up was to feed a bunch of rabbits lasagna (which he pronounces like here) so they'd ruin the party by crapping all over the place. Of course this backfires as they crap too soon inside the bad Ice King carried them in. All you see is his disgusted face upon opening the bag, he then gets dry heaves and says this exact line.
