Mappy is my favorite classic arcade game. Oddly enough, the thing that sold me on Pac-Man’s inclusion in Smash were the Mappy references in his moveset and taunts! You just can’t go wrong with trampolines as a central play mechanic. So I knew for my next amiibo project I wanted to make a Mappy with the nearest available mouse. I decided to go the “cosplay Pikachu” route, but I’m not sure how Mappy-ish it looks without the big round ears.Tumblr •Reddit
