Yeah that thing you notice on the snout kinda does give it a nasty skull feature, I remember seeing the post of RJ's explanation and I know theropods would probably all have feathers.

Yeah it's probably that most of them had feathers but it depends on you how do you want to draw them
I just thought you wanted to make this Cera look "realistic" with that fenestra, my bad

I mean this was just a practice doodle for me, I can next time make the fenestra look less noticeable because unless was really old or very hungry then it could be there maybe depends about the science on it and I do wanted to try to make things look alive because even so all do more than side view and I wanted to have to feel for perspective so it doesn't look straight flat because thats no good, and hopefully if you notice the feet should be spread out the one in front down more and the back further back up, I honestly thought that part look perfect. And yeah the sketch does feel faded from the scan.
