I really like the pose and the background. I love the moon and the glowing stars.^^
But there are some mistakes with his design.
I don't know why you drew just one wing xD He's 2 wings and just his inner wing membrans are bllue. His outter wings are black with his green glowing markings.^^ He looks really weird XD
But i like how you drew his spikes and claws. They look very sharp.

Inner and outer wings was mystery for me. I was confused with that because in one picture it's blue, in reference - black. So I was like:

You have to read the Ref Sheet's discription and look at the other picture of him xD
There you can see him with both wings and in th eref it's clearly said that the left wing is not shown
But i'm happy that you draw the picture.^^
