Sadly, there isn't much else to comment on since it's only a single page without much story. Nice details on the girl's room though.

Oh well this is nice, a pleasant, very casual set-up in a slice-of-life sort of atmosphere. To be honest this is my kind of reading, atmosphere and stories like this, I'm not a tremendous fan of the things that get more "out there", so seeing that this all takes off from such small beginnings is surprisingly refreshing.
