And condemn the shadows to perpetual limbo.
Just follow the light.
Me, waiting for sunrise and whatever magic a new day brings.
Southern mountains of Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Felt very very small there :)

Não há uma tecnica 'especial' numa foto destas... a luz era mt escassa ao amanhecer e a composição fez-se a si propria. Apenas aumentei o contraste de forma gradual.

Unveil me... I think the title works very well with the subject, simple and to the point but I think also a bit metaphorical as well. I really like that you have a black light here, I find something very deep in the contrast of it's darkness with the gentle light, it reminiscent of a rebirth, the way it slides past the lips, the first new breath taken. A delightful sensuality that is both pure and still hints at other feelings through the black light. I like the framing, it makes my eyes follow the line of the orizont.. To look forward as it were, just like he is in him unveiling… There is skin, but it is used very well to tell the story and it compliments rather then distracts. . There are a lot of nice little details that all work together nicely to create a very beautiful image.
It seems as if all the sounds of the world grew into a abysim of untold things. mountains like piercing waves cut the grey sky like razorblades, and this sound ever present, a chorus of all these things which I did not understand was my guide. Ever walking but to the same place and sound, all life faded with the death of my colourful world, the light screams like banshees in lament for something that fallen. The light made the darkness of the path, to elements in endless struggle, and as I stood it seemed I trod on pools of ancient stars. My feet wet in this liquid hymn.

really love it! it's a photo, isn't it? it's so minimalistic, yet effective, i really like it. the part, where the person is standing looks so dark, like in the deepest valley. really interesting!

Thanks very much, Maria. Yes, it is a photo. I set up the camera to capture only the silhouettes, as the light coming from the other side was so strong, almost surreal. Glad you enjoyed.
