Well I did the inner senshi in outfits similar to Sailor Cosmos, so I decided to do the outer senshi in outfits similar to the starlights ^^ So I present SailorStar Neptune and SailorStar Uranus.Related content

I just couldn't' think of anything else that suited them. They are already the most mature of the group and doing what they will probably be doing as adults, so future jobs or maturation wouldn't be a factor like the others. In addition their hair needs to contrast the others to show they are two sides of the same coin, but I could never in a million years imagine Uranus with long hair so they kept their hair styles.
