About Zeburaika: [link]This is the shiny form of Zeburaika, a 5th gen electric Pokemon, evolved form of Shimama. Tis cool.
The sprite I used as a reference was really small, so I had to guess about how Zeburaika's eye looked like. Forgive me if I'm absolutely wrong about how the eye really looks like.
I'll add more of a background later.
