I can just imagine that one day Ichigo did not want to deal with Shiro so he forced him to manifest in the real world since he had a test/exam/something equally important and needed to concentrate. Then when Ichigo was at school Shiro would say screw it and go to school, walk in, then in front of everyone Shiro would walk up to Ichigo and totally do this. XD
