So, I am done with commissions now, and all I have to work on are some contes entries and some prizes for other contests!
There are going to be a couple of adoptable batches coming in as soon as I get the whole Paypal mess working and
I'm planning on opening commissions again in 2-4 weeks.

I always try to encourage everyone because I know that even if they aren't perfect, they are still amazing artists and they can reach their goals. Some people always seem to obsess over the fact their not the best and be unhappy with their work despite how amazing it is. You can't give up! You know? Plus I agree with you about the stress thing. Personally I always believe in the power of others. Everyone is capable of greatness. ^^

I agree with that.
Too many artists or overall too many people are never good enough in their own eyes.
It's really sad because when you think about it,
simply by having more self confidence it would give each person some more energy to try and get better at those things that we are not yet happy with.
But it's still great that there are people like you out there who believe in people and want to share a couple of powerful, encouraging words with many artists.

Thank you Michi. ^^ Art is a new-found passion to me and in DA I can just swim in it. There's is so many great and interesting artists. Plus there is tons that are just starting that are not even close to perfect, but I love commissioning them because I want them to see there is people who enjoy their work and want them to keep getting better. Even it is just me, maybe it will be enough to keep them going and perhaps they will create something that brings more people to them. I just can't help but wonder sometimes if people are annoyed by me. x.x I run around and leave all these encouraging words on lots of things, so I hope it doesn't dull what I say. Though there are lots who appreciate them, it's always a thought that kinda haunts me.

I tailor what I say to the drawing and the artist. Otherwise it would be meaningless in time because I give everyone the same generic response. That's somewhat of a personal pet peeve of mine. I respect artists far more who give meaningful replies when they can (much like you! ^^).

I think you changing your words can also have an impact on some people and their faith in humanity.
I mean, (for me atleast) it kinda helps me feel like there are still people who don't just take their brains for granted but actually use it,
and don't live via other people, showing how weak they really are.
I also like to give meaningful replies whenever I can indeed, because I also wish to show other people that
there are still peeps out there who really think, care and are able to have conversations, because.. We easily lack such things.
