Kyaaaa~!Finally i'm submitting my entry for and joint contest! >w<
Waaa it was so difficutl making Pellie, but since i read her personality sheet, i knew i would be drawing her in mermaid form *O* <3 she's sooooo cute, i totally love her hair *O* i had lots of fun while making her and i hope from the botton of my heart that ~Chibi-Ribbons would like it just as much as i do!
