It had to be something related to one of the jokes in his Higurashi Parody Fandub series, so... the quote is basically the explanation. xD

Yeah... I sketched it with pencil and paper, scanned it, lineart'd it and colored it in Paint.NET, and did the BG and effects in GIMP~
