Look, I can tell you it looks pretty and all that, but I could also give you a real critique which I think would be more useful for you.
First off, you need to work your anatomy, there are several mistakes in that piece, the most noticeable being the right arm which looks not really like an arm, and the hand is just a mess, something else that I noticed is that you avoid drawing hands, do not be afraid of them, perhaps practice is needed, but once drawn enough times they will come naturally.
Secondly, your drawing lacks perspective, rather, all the lines appear as flat surfaces, for instance, those striped socks should appear sort of eliptical given the point of view of the spectator.
Finally, your shading is all wrong, sorry, but there is no other way to say it. You dont really use enough tone values to distinguish shapes, plus the ones you use just go in the wrong directions again given the ilussion of being flat surfaces, something it shouldnt be.
I could also criticize the color choices used in this drawing but then again that all comes down to different tastes. The costume seems flashy and kind of unique, but things need to be better defined, such as the thing the character is holding in its hand, I´m sorry, but I just cant figure out what that is.
Overall, I really recomend you to practice anatomical drawing plus shading, in the long term it will really pay off, plus you seem really enthusiastic so I belive you can make it.

I lilke her clothes and you did really well on her face too.
Just the left arm looks a bit off though, but other than that it's pretty good ^^

love her clothes... just one thing, try practicing arms a bit more, since the bent one looks a bit off.

Even I need to improve on my arms, they're hard to do.

So far, the best out of your gallery (Until you put in more; then I have to say that would be the best one. XD;; )
I like the colorful outfit~Then again, I love colors. *w* And the hat is cute too~ XD Awesome cat with awesome goggles. Yeah, you don't mess with that hat LOL.

You're really awesome at designing outfits. And I love your coloring style too! So unique.
Your proportions are pretty good, though her left arm (Our left) Looks a little bit too big. I also think the forearm would overlap the top half at her elbow But other than that, pretty good.
I'm especially lovin' the hat. 8D
