Dude, Crest whitening strips are magical. I buy the "vivid" (the cheap one) and use one strip a month so it lasts me a year and it works sooooooo well.

Ya. It says to do it 10 days in a row but from experience that was unnecessary. I think the 10 day a row are for people who smoke or drink 5 cups of coffee a day. It helps to do like, 3 strips in 3 days to get them instantly white and then after just do it once a month. totally worth it.
