Also tried making Kiya's pose actually look like cats look when posed like that. And they do kinda go into just a big blob like that. X'D

If I had to give critique I'd say that Kabocha was perhaps a little too bulky looking. Him being fat is fine, but it looks like his skeletal structure is very wide here in comparison to his head. I can't give any advice on paws, since you do them amazingly, and hey faces look fantastic, but yeah...

Oh I am so glad you're improving anatomy, since you commented about it, I recommend you make the muzzles a tiny bit longer, and I think you should lower the whiskers more.
Also, the two inner paw...toes, should be out a little more. *cough* [link] example*cough* You also should lift the paw-thumb a bit more, it's too close to the other paw pads which makes it resemble a human's hand more than you'd want it to.
I'm glad you're shrinking the bangs a little however and trying to get the poses more like cats too, you did a wonderful job and I can't wait to see your next picture.

Arms, paw pads and stuff have never been my strong point. XD (Along with everything else, lol) They're just so much easier to do wrong and have them look alright. I'mma try improving on them some though, starting with getting the dew-claw's position right. ^^
And thank you for the link. Very clear ref for the pads. <3 Hopefully I'm not a lazy tard next time I draw them and remember to do it right. XD
