idk, I thought it was a neat idea. I imagine touching this guy would be like a water bed. You can smack him and he'll giggle, but end up going back to his shape. You can't put your hand in him, but touching him would still leave your hand all wet. You'd probably always be able to track him down from the watery footprints left behind.
Once purchased, the character is yours to do with as you please. Feel free to change the colors, species, whatever.

You really should have taken your concerns into a note.
There shouldn't have been a concern in the first place anyways. Nothing was copied, you cannot copyright a liquid animal with a skull and collar, and that's the end of it.

Well, I like water. and I splash all in the water. Since I don't want to sit on the water dog, i'd smack the water dog to make splashy sounds. I'd have a blast playing with a water dog, which always holds it's shape. If he jiggles, i'd find it very amusing to smack it. Much like Jell-O. I smack that too. But I love it.
