It's not bad, I agree, but the front page is for very, VERY good pictures. This is not.

It depends on the person. I say this is a very good picture, I like it more than some others that maybe you like...
There's always the pictures of the same artist, I'm tired of it. I want the front page to have some news... Even if some of them are not good in my opinion, for some others it is.

I really wish I knew how this got over 1,000 faves and on the front page. I see squiggly lines, poor anatomy, and photoshop filters. Granted, it's not awful, not even bad. I can say it's decent. But I've seen much better art only get 3 favorites at the most, and maybe one comment if they're lucky.
I just wish I knew why some absolutely amazing artists get ignored, while this is promoted into oblivion. Perhaps I'm not looking at the same image everyone else is looking at.

Whelp even though this is incredibly true, you gotta blame the people who faved it, not the artist. Usually when shitty art is on the front page its because the artist submitted it to 20 or 30 groups which isn`t the case rofl. Truly a mystery, this one.

it may not be a vent, but it sure SEEMS that way, and i've been using my OC's to vent since i was little, and it's good to someone else here doing similar subjects.
The background is perfect, and although i don't know how you did it, it exquisitely offsets the rain and the character.
