i own part 1 2 and 3
so yes id say it is good
the first ten episondes really had me a little confused
this anime is so interesting with its lat-out all of the characters their stories and their lives cross over each other
they make everyday life in ikabukuro (i think i spelt that wrong 
and then their is the fantasy element of the "headless rider" otherwise known as a dulahan who in my opinion is one of the central characters next to the main character mikado
its so cool id highly recomend it
its different from any anime that ive seen
