I'm really sorry to be saying this, but your lineart is great! But the colours you choose too vibrant of colours, it looks like it was coloured with highlighters, it's annoying to the eyes, it's okay to have vibrant colours but AS A COMPLIMENT not the main colours and CERTAINLY not ALL the colours. In the future try using more desaturated colours ESPECIALLY IN THE BACKGROUND, AS THE CHARACTER SHOULD BE THE MAIN FOCUS, also nice background lineart design and nice character!
