I remember last summerwith fondness and fear.
A summer of laughter
of heartache and cheer.
It started with glances
and grew into teasing.
An echo of madness
of strangeness not ceasing.
A spirit like mine
so black and so broken.
I looked for a sign
of words still unspoken.
But all that I saw
was an untrue reflection.
Of my greatest flaw:
