Every time I walk outside when the rain is falling this is what I'm thinking.
Of course, I'm too scare to use an umbrella. I don't want any lightning falling on me! x'D

Good job on the umbrella! And I just love how you draw legs!
My only complaint is that the arm holding the umbrella looks a bit off. It may be the angle? Try bringing in the elbow more (there won't be a point at the joint (lol I rhymed)). The elbow is pointed forward much mpre than it should be. XD Okay, I think I explained it enough.
And that's a neat idea about rain. Depressing, but neat.
