I done it with paint tool sai and changed the butterfly on photoshop cs5. To say it in short, I just kinda do a rough blue lineart (or any other color u want) and blend it with her skin color. :3

omg I like it I like it I like it :33 ah thats so beautiful I love the the person is all soft and blurry and yet the butterfly is so crisp and fresh ah such a refreshing picture X3
