Remember that his right arm (I believe it was his right arm anyways) was supposedly cut off or somehow detached and if you look closely in full view you'll see his left arm on his right shoulder ^w^

Well that's the way it seemed at first in the video then we found out (when Rin tried to kill him O_O) that his arm was there the whole time.

Actually I'd like to clarify; the PVs of this song that you've seen are unofficial. The PV artist drew the first PV before the second song came out, so thus the first PV is very inaccurate.
The culprit is never specified. Len indeed does have one arm, he is not hiding his other arm.
Rin didn't try to kill him; rather, she was trying to save him from being killed.

No remember in the first PV Rin grabbed the knife and pulled off his jacket he was hiding his arm.
In the sequel it was said that it was Len.

PV artists are not gods. The artist didn't know the full story when he made the first PV--thus, the first PV is wrong.
You could even ask the producer to verify this--Len indeed has only one arm.
