A lot of people have asked me that

Main misconception that people make is that I use the pen tool or illustrator. I don't, I use the brush tool.

I tend to call myself a practitioner of the "perfect line". You know how other artists lightly sketch in lines bit by bit until they get the desired line shape? I commit myself to making a clean, solid line done in a single stroke.

It's pretty difficult since you need to have great hand to eye co-ordination and be able to alter your hand pressure on tiny levels at a split second notice. Speed is also a factor in this because the faster you move you hand, the less jittery the line becomes. But it also means you have less control overall.
