Description Another elemental creature. Giant Twister-like beings that bring mass destruction, electrical storms and strong winds with them. I wanted the creature to appear dark and scary, with a few blade like limbs without feeling too solid and still containing a wispy/smoke/cloud effect. What I always love is when you see dark storms with sunny skies and lighter clouds in the far off distance. So I thought that would help define the creatures dark appearance while adding some drama and interest to the color scheme.

oh.. and some slaughtered cows inspired from the movie "Twister". lol

very nice! although i think that if you maybe had made the creature slightly transparent it would have looked more like a wind monster or w/e, still great job!

Thanks
True, I agree. I should have made the edges a little more transparent although most dark tornadoes aren't really see through.

thanks. If you watch the youtube time lapsed process, mainly part 04, you can see how many times I was changing the overall color. Then how I was duplicating the flattened image to keep the color change in areas and erase it out in other parts - over and over.

Thanks,
I love elementals as well. The fluid, rough and design elements within the texture of their bodies depending on the source is what makes them so interesting.
