-Bio: Bulgy, as his name implies, is a poor-mannered, grumpy, cynical, and a rather cold hearted double-decker bus that has a full on hatred for railways, believing roads are superior, and wouldn't want anymore to see it torn up and all the engines and rolling stock scrapped. He is incredibly nasty and violent towards everybody around him, and can even tell horrible lies to get what he wants. But this selfishness has gotten him into trouble, as he tried to steal Duck & Oliver's passengers, claiming he was a railway bus, and that he knew a shortcut, but that backfired, as he ended up crashing right under a bridge, and Duck toke back their passengers, proving how wrong Bulgy was. As punishment for his deception, and for his nasty temper, Sodor Roadways and the Fat Controller have left Bulgy unrepaired, and left in a field near the bridge he crashed, and converted into a hen house, but he still hadn't learned any sense, but nobody ever listened to Bulgy anymore. But as years passed, Bulgy may have redeemed himself, but one never really knows if that's true, as the double-decker bus would have to look deep inside himself to figure out why is he so cynical and selfish, and if roadways are superior as he thinks?

-Artist's Commentary: Yeah, this was what I meant from my Harold promo, but I was really considering having Bulgy come up next. I guess ever since his reintroduction last year, I was absolutely surprised as every other classic Thomas fan such as myself, the fact Bulgy just came out of nowhere, and he still had both his classic red livery, and surprisingly, his arrogant and prejudice persona he had in his debut episode, it was really a sight for sore eyes, but as much as I hate the state of the current series, I really could care less, or better yet, I am not sure if they'll bring him back in any recent episodes. But what I can say is that I am impressed with how Awdry wrote this character, a nasty, selfish, and a rather sociopathic bus who is the polar opposite of Bertie, and he's definitely one of the more interesting Thomas villains, but strangely, redeemed himself in Season 7, repainted green and converted into a vegetable stand on wheels. I say strangely, only because sociopaths are irredeemable, and they said at the end of his debut episode he never learned sense, so what made Bulgy change his outlook on life? In my series, the episode Bulgy Rides Again won't exist in this, yet , but Bulgy will appear later on in my series, in 2012, where in that, he will be brought back to service, but that's all I am going too say, as that would be spoilers. Though I will go deep into Bulgy's character, so stay tuned. After this, we won't be getting back to engines just yet (he-he), now will go into some rolling stock, starting with the really recognizable ones. This is so I won't forget later one, balance it out you know.
