-Bio: Fred Pelhay is an orange open wagon who was one of the lieutenants of Scruffey, and was one of the trucks that tried to help him out when humiliating Oliver again, not until the great Western engine pulled Scruffey apart. After that, Fred would end up fearing Oliver along with all the other trucks, but still vowed vengeance for humiliating Scruffey. He is a typically rude truck with a really bad attitude, and enjoys playing tricks on the engines, but his carelessness like many of the other trucks would lead to his downfall.

-Artist's Commentary: Next up is Fred Pelhay, the orange truck that had a one-off appearance, yet Learning Curve decided to give him a Wooden Railway model in 1997. The same format I did for Scruffey also applied for him to. Just get the same open wagon outline, and color him in orange, and type in the lettering, last, use a line tool over the letter to make it look like their part of the panels.

Like I said, Fred will get development on him in my series, so stay tune.
