Saw it being discussed in a Discord server of how a Mr. Stumpy could be done in post on SFM but I tried seeing if a texture could work out as well and here's the result! If you'd like to use Mr. Stumpy download the vtf fileΒ Here .How to use:
-Download the VTF file.
-In your files go to SteamApps/common/SourceFilmmaker/game/usermod/materials and create a folder in here and name it replacement if you do not have one already.
-Drop the VTF file in this folder.
-Open up SFM and spawn the model tree_pine_stump02
-Right click the model and go to Add Override Materials
-Right click the model once more and go to Show in Element Viewer and click Model
-Look for materials and right click tree_pine_stump01, add element String
-Type $basetexture and click Ok
-Beside $basetexture type out replacement/mr_stumpyalt
