Description
HDRI render.Photoshop post work emulating a 2nd curtain flash panned photograph.
It's over-exposed because a flash gun would fire to capture this.
I think it kinda works "a bit" when viewed as a whole, but at 100% I'm not sure it's a particularly realistic emulation of the 2nd curtain effect.
