The Making:

Character Descriptions: (from left to right)
Vivee: The one and only cause of trouble in the city. People often forgive her thanks to her "pleasing appearance".
Eril: Cousin of the moe-fied trouble. He looks after her especially when she's misbehaving. Also her cook, her cleaner, her dish-washer, etc.
Meringue: Chop-liver. Son of the rich mayor whose dream is to become a bodyguard. (He's unfortunately terrible at it)
Tarr: An egotistic yet ordinary looking shop keeper who loves to put "his body" up for auction.
"Her": A half-teacher, half-cop, half-pole-dancer, half-sexytary, half-commander, half-sadist, half-warden, half-whatever.
Rien: Best friend of Vivee. Considerably poor, but she somehow likes it that way.
Mayor Aor: Father of Meringue. A perverted mayor who claims to be "pure and virgin" even if he already have a son and wife.
