Usually when someone uses real life photos for background, it looks funny with an anime style drawing in it. Although, adding a shadow and the way you shaded made her fit right in!

You know, I've looked around randomly sometimes and notice that there are quite a few people who try to do this when it pertains to anime/manga art style, but I think this is the most effective image of such an idea I've seen yet. Maybe it's because you used a 3d model first? Either way, this is cool to look at and satisfies my interest in what my friend calls 'breaking the fourth wall.'

I wonder if you could make an animation mixed with a recorded real life video with nothing but scenery and illustrated characters? It's random and probably a bad idea, so ignore this if you think the same.
