Actually, Ken Ashcorp has already stated that Kenny The Panda is in fact, a female representative of Ken. He stated in one of his tweets I believe, that Kenny The Panda is also a lesbian.

It's only as "Sexual" as you imagine it. I don't think this panda was sexualized in any way. Humanized? Sure. Cute human clothes? Why not? I find her adorable, not sexy. Come to think of it, what is "sexy" is kinda subjective. If you find this sexy, or sexual in anyway, that's your own mind and thought. Can't prove you right, can't prove you wrong. Hm, I didn't necessarily mean sexually attractive now that I think about it. It's just my go to phrase for "attracted to" since most of the time I DO mean sexually. (I will admit that this drawing has a similar appeal.)
I think she's cute yes, but not sexy. And when I say cute, I mean in a girly kinda way, and not like puppy cute. Still, I think it's odd to feel this way about a drawing of an animal even if it is anthropomorphic...
