It's nice to see a larger variety in your art style, from your videos we usually only see middle aged male characters, your style of drawing is allot more appealing with this larger range of characters and emotions.
I would still recommend doing a study on some different hairstyles to get even more deviation in your characters.
What I really want to know is how is the style search going? Keep up the awesome work Mike!
