Never heard that The first Bionicle movie was a rip-off of Lord of the Rings. If that's true, wouldn't that mean the second half of 2003 itself was a LotR rip-off?

yeah the final battle was just a big push at Makuta.
I wanted to see bionicle be treated in a more mature light like how IDW have done with transformers.
