Description

This artwork depicts a weapon which is a part of my sci-fi world's lore. Do not copy the design, use it in your own artworks, or claim it as your own!

Lore and Description:
Type 312 is the latest submachine gun manufactured by Krig and Seryan. The weapon is of a compact bullpup design, features ambidextrous controls and a configurable ejection port that can eject spent casings to either side, a rubberized cheek rest, a raised acessory rail/carry handle, and a built-in flashlight with adjustable power settings. The gun fires a potent 5.6 × 28 mm round which offers excellent armor penetration for its size. Default magazine holds 32 rounds. As other Krig & Seryan weapons, the Type 312 is a high-tech product of above-average quality for a Rotharnian weapon, however, this is also reflected by its price and availability.

Inspiration and Background Information:
This weapon is mainly influenced by certain P90 blueprints from Modern Warfare 2019, which have altered shape compared to the base weapon. However, this design ditches the unusual P90 top-mounted magazine for a more traditional bullpup design, and many of the details are also custom.
