Men… especially weak men scoffed at me for it, since when they saw me they felt emasculated and puny. Intimidated by a woman stronger than any three of them, with bigger muscles than they could hope to develop! But in România, man or woman, athletics is a big part of our national pride, our patriotic pride! Gheorghe Hagi... Ilie Nastase... Gabriela Szabo... and the brilliant gymnast known by everyone in this room: Nadia Comaneci!”

“I am not as famous as she is, but like her I trained my whole life to be the best at what I did… and I achieved it!” She flexed a big bicep. More loud cheers and clapping, some loud whistles, including one loud wolf whistle.

“Hahaha! And now my goal… and the goal of Transylvania House… is to end European homelessness by building enough low-cost housing so that no one has to suffer through an Athenian Summer…. or a Bavarian Winter… without a roof over their head!”
