Introducing MechaWings these are a new speices added to my world they are robotic dragons created in 2031 before the apocalypse. Mechawings are fully robotic dragon's given the most advance hardware and software they have self charging energy generators that keep them functional as well as super advanced cooling systems. There is a small village of Mechawings located in the desert part of wastes. it is centered around the factory that built them. The leader of the town (RD-004) is trying to get the factory up and running again so he can create more of his kind to bring more law to the wastes. Most people and dragons stay away when they spot them as they think they are dangerous creatures though Mechawings are friendly. Mechawings personalities vary to each unit, some do not have a personality and act more like traditional robots, bindly following orders and patroling, where as some have personalities and intellignce that are on par with regualr dragon's.

RD-004 is the leader of the town is friendly to outsiders and allows them in. Viper, Dusty, Vargas and Tinker go to the town where tinker helps get the factory back online and more mechawings are created. Despite being a robotic war machine RD-004 is genuinenly nice and cares about the lives of everyone even humans and prefers conflicts be dealt with non lethally.

Small conversation between him and viper:
Viper: Any rules here we should know about?
RD-004: Same as any civilized town- don't start any fights or steal anything, we'll treat you fair. Not a lot to ask.
