I just realized she looks like Kiyomi. o A oOkay, I'd rather make this Kiyomi, since she has blonde hair, but when she's underwater she has blue eyes then.
Since, Kiyomi's also a princess then this is her mermaid princess form!

She looks exactly like Luchia from Mermaid Melody. The only differences being slight color changes, her tail is different and she looks more fancy.

I know she does, but I had no intention or whatsoever to make her look like Luchia. I wasn't even trying to replicate her style at all. Just because she has blonde hair and blue eyes like Luchia, it doesn't mean she is.
