Wakko. Hatless. Adorable.And yeah i put hearts on it because i think he's the cutest without his hat (Screw you Dot~ WAHAHAH JOKE. *has a deathwish*).
And yes he has hair.
Mainly because i want him to be at least a lil more different than his brother in terms of appearance aside from his more circular face and tongue always sticking out.
And first time i tried putting a blush and shading on the tongue but whatever. Uploading this was such a pain in ass (internet suddenly slowed DOWN ;A; )

I can imagine him playing Peek-a-boo with her a lot when she was little, or teaching her about her mallet since he's like, an expert with it. I mean, I love Yakko too (let's face it, the guy is like a heart-throb without even trying!) But Wakko's just so sweet and I can't help but be a fangirl! lol! I think he's like that guy most people overlook that grows up to be the one all the girls want but he's hard to get, ya know?
