EDIT: I re-upload it again,just to do a quick change for Osana's leg.For the 1st time,it really bothered me when I notice how thick they were,now should be okay.

I can see this style working (chibi character with thick legs), you just need more practice, I would put just a little more curves and knee in the legs so they don't look like stiff logs. I'd also make the arms just a little bit thicker so they're more in proportion with the rest of the body. The highlights in the hair are a bit splotchy but in the right places. Though the background does fit the Osana's palette and the pose is very cute!

This is really great ! The shading, pose and background are very good !
Just a little thing. I think that the body is tiny compare to the legs. The skirt look off because of that. You could make the body bigger/taller, or make the legs smaller. Your choice.
