Right, as I was saying, this is Skippie a sea or water based dragon cat. He likes to show off and let others know of his achievements because he's a self centered, arrogant twick. Ahem-
He does take part in water event at Sunshine Shore, a coastal town south of wikari, where he lives, and of course he is quite good.

Hope you like him (if you can), he will be showing up later in the story and other drawings as well.
