Thanks for the question! (not sure if it's for a question comic, if it is, I keep all the questions here to keep track 
But long answer short, I used to have it a lot more. I still have it every now and then (very rare though,) because I purposely forced myself in situations that I would be uncomfortable in (Job hunting and being really desperate back then helped force a lot of it out of me.) I guess when i was more desperate than anxious helped overcome it in a weird way XD.
