She is ItaYuki's daughter I mostly write her in the AU world before you question and I am contemplating about putting her in the canon world.
In the canon world she would be training to be Ninja just like her father she never had the honor to meet her father (much less he doesn't know about her because he died before Yuki found out she was pregnant).
Kisa is a very happy girl, she was born and raised around Yuki who was strict. She wasn't as strict as the Uchiha family was to their children but she would of never allowed her child to curse or misbehave, even installing proper grammar/Japanese. Kisa loved her mother and hardly caused her mother problem.
Though when she was young she was bit bratty and boss. She would argue with her friends if they didn't listen to what she told them or bossing the boy that liked her around. She was a very bright young girl but did have her problems as most children would. This would result in a time out with no toys or fun just sitting staring at the wall.
Kisa grew up she seemed to calm, she remained her bubbly personality but she was less bratty and bossy. She still remained bossy but didn't push people around as much. Along with growing up she got a hobby into writing.
Her stories were mostly about a dark haired Ninja that saved the people he loved from the darkness. She based her idea off her father because when she was young Yuki used to make up stories about Itachi or tell her about her father. She finds these stories relaxing and at times she feels close to father.
It comes to no surprise during her teenage year after graduating from academy at age twelve and becoming a Ninja Kisa wants to further her Ninja career causing Yuki to argue with daughter alot. Yuki doesn't want to lose her daughter as Kisa is one of the last reasons she is still in love. In the end she agrees but spends a lot of her days worrying.
Kisa isn't the best Ninja as she has to train herself a lot not having her father around to teach her and Yuki and Ian not being Ninja's themselves. But she is quick at learning and manged to work the hardest she can on managing new tricks. It is unknown if she as the sharingan.

Kisa herself is klutzy, she does look up to mother and tires to keep up in the graceful steps Yuki has. She does have Yuki's elegance mixed in with tomboyish way.
