Description
[12/29/17: Changed the rules and unlocked the files. You can now edit the model into different clothing or AU. There's also two files: one with cloak and one without cloak, hopefully MMD won't lag because the cloak's physic][11/15/17: Added a slider to change the SC emblem to MP emblem]
I don't know why, but there's a bug in his cloak but it doesn't appear in the transformer view in PMX Editor. Don't worry, it's not noticeable.
