Yes, it's mmd. Initially this Frisk was created by the design of Mairusu, but at some point it ceased to be. In it, almost everything off Mairusu but something still sets it apart.

Fair enough. I'm mentioning this because I noticed you tried to submit it to the group. I almost declined it by accident because that model for FNIA Frisk is very similar to a lot of the normal Frisk models. A FNIA Sans would've made it very obvious. Just a heads up.
