I think Jack and Merida make more sense as their parents. Anna has red hair, Merida has red hair. Jack and Elsa share white hair and ice powers.

but how can jack have kids in the first place? hes a guardian and hes dead. i dont think its possible for a dead 14 years boy to create 2 living children with a real living being

Jack is 18 and at this point and time he is like 28 or something. Actually Jack is 318 and don't forget young teens get pregnant so it isn't impossible.
