You either don't have full version of SAI or it just has a different name. Lumiosity is also ok but I like to use lumi&shade personally because it gives the shine more natural color.

Okay, don't get me wrong; I absolutely adore your art style and I think that your way of coloring is just beautiful. But, you should try putting more subtle highlights. It kind of ruins the complex look of the strands when you have all of those highlights thrown on top of it.

Personally I just love that kind of silky hair. And don't worry there's a reason why there's so many highlight.
