In my interpretation on your version of King Crimson Requiem i imagine his abilties to be time and events manipulation while Epitath Requiem allows him to view the possibilities of the future and what will happen in the future if the actions and the events were changed.

Ooh this is one my favorite designs I've seen for a Requiem of the King. Ive always enjoyed the idea that if Diavolo succeeded he would've just become the stand and just abandoned his body. My personal mental image of KCR is just a colossal demon like figure sitting upon a throne overseeing his kingdom. What sorta power set are you thinking he would gain from being pierced by the Arrow? Very good art overall, good job.
