Anyone within the infected zone are not allowed to leave.

I actually worked on this a month ago, but I saved it until today. Something for the Halloween season .

Anyway, it's not my best. This is actually more photoshop effects and less on skill. But might as well use photoshop filters since they're there to begin with. The silhouette is my favorite one by far. Used accented edges filter for it. It turned out quite nicely . Doing the blood rain was a little more tricky. Forgot what effect I used though, but I also like how it turned out .

By the way, if anyone asks, Shen is playing as a zombie here, not a survivor.... just so we're clear . But hey, if there's any comfort you can take here, it's not canon .
