1: it is very beautifully drawn and the colors blend very well.
2: it reminds me of a friend I once had. Every time I look at an ivysaur I see him.....but this took it to a new level. Keep up the good work on your art.

I love that your style looks like the way the pokemon cards used to be made (artwiswise) I hate the new look of computer made characters they use for almost all new cartoons. they look like their made of clay. this is great i love the faded look it's just so awesome! >.< keep it up

Ah thanks a lot! n.n I like the watery effect because it gives it a painterly feel. And yeah, many stuff nowadays wants to be all 3D and while I don't hate 3D sometimes it just doesn't look as good (or doesn't fit a certain style) of series. For example there was this poorly made dolphin movie and the graphics was just so boring and flat, if they had done it in 2D I bet they would have sold a lot more. If something is going to be 3D it has to be very good in details or at least have a distinctive style to keep the eye focused.

I guess they kinda had an influence on me XD and I still have that Quilava and Cyndaquil as well as a bunch of others. (Haven't gotten much new ones since anything Pokemon is hard to come by here)
